Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope
This policy applies to tuition for ClickNetwork Digital Academy courses listed on click-network.digital. Workshop add-ons and third-party exam vouchers follow separate terms stated at purchase.
2. Cooling-Off Period
For distance contracts under Korean consumer protection rules, you may cancel within 14 days of payment if course materials have not been substantially accessed (defined as downloading more than 20% of core lab assets or attending two or more live mentor sessions).
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort, when technical failure on our side prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours during the first two weeks, or within the cooling-off window above.
4. Partial Refunds
After the cooling-off window, partial refunds may be calculated as unused instructional weeks minus an administrative fee of KRW 120,000, if requested before the midpoint of the published schedule.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Issued certification fees, shipped physical kits, and third-party cloud credits consumed are non-refundable. Installment service charges from payment partners are not refundable by us.
6. Process
Email hello@click-network.digital with enrollment ID, legal name, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days.
7. Cancellations by Participant
You may transfer to a later cohort once per enrollment if seats are available. Second transfers incur a KRW 80,000 rebooking fee. No-shows without notice forfeit mentor session credits listed in your agreement.
9. Exceptions and Consumer Rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable Korean law. For disputes, contact us first; you may also seek guidance from consumer centers in Jeollabuk-do.
