We may collect identity and contact data (name, email, phone), enrollment preferences, payment references (processed by third-party providers), technical logs (IP, browser), communications with mentors, and survey responses.

Data is used to deliver courses, schedule mentor sessions, respond to inquiries, improve website performance, meet legal obligations, and—only with consent—send program updates or analytics cookies.

Processing rests on contract performance (enrollment), legitimate interests (site security, service improvement), legal obligations (tax and record keeping), and consent where required (marketing, non-essential cookies).

Enrollment records are retained for seven years where required for accounting and dispute resolution. Marketing consents are kept until withdrawn. Server logs rotate within 90 days unless needed for security investigations.

We share data with hosting providers, email services, payment processors, and analytics vendors under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data. Mentor contractors access learner data only for assigned cohorts.

Primary storage is in Korea. If tools process data abroad, we rely on contractual safeguards and vendor certifications appropriate to the destination.

We apply access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), role-based permissions for staff, and periodic reviews of vendor security practices. No method is perfectly secure; report concerns to our contact email.

Under applicable Korean privacy law and relevant consumer rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where technically feasible. You may withdraw consent for marketing or non-essential cookies without affecting core site access.

Services target adults and career professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. Contact us to remove data if collected inadvertently.
