General Terms

By accessing click-network.digital and enrolling in programs operated by ClickNetwork Digital Academy ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or submit enrollment forms.

We provide mentor-led IT courses, workshops, and related educational materials. Course descriptions, schedules, and prices on the website are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment instructions are completed per your cohort agreement.

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain credential confidentiality, and use lab environments lawfully. Sharing account access, attempting unauthorized access to systems, or distributing course materials without permission is prohibited.

Course materials, branding, and site content are owned by ClickNetwork Digital Academy or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Portfolio projects you create remain yours, subject to third-party library licenses disclosed in labs.

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation, site use, or third-party tools. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid enrollment is limited to fees paid for that specific enrollment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Jeonju-si, Jeollabuk-do, unless mandatory consumer protections specify otherwise.

We may suspend access for violations of these terms or abusive behavior toward staff or learners. You may stop using services at any time; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation policy.

We may update these terms with a revised "last updated" date. Material changes affecting active enrollments will be communicated via email when practicable. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of non-material updates.
